With over 25 years of experience in yoga, meditation, and sound healing, I’ve helped thousands of women find deep rest and true fulfillment—without guilt.

I know what it’s like to feel overworked, exhausted, and disconnected while juggling a career and responsibilities. This workshop is designed to help you shift out of that cycle and into a place of peace, energy, and alignment with your highest self.
